Global PR Intern Summary: The PR Intern will assist Xiaomi’s Global PR team by working closely with the PR executive to perform many of the team's essential tasks. In doing so, the PR intern will get an opportunity to understand the role of a PR professional in a globally-minded technology company. Responsibilities: Translate English press materials to Chinese Media monitoring Collect daily media monitoring reports from PR agencies and highlight important news stories on a day-to-day basis Assist PR executive to create media monitoring summaries based on above-mentioned media monitoring reports Assist PR executive in maintaining a database of media assets both in Chinese and English Assist PR team in organizing and executing launch events, media briefings and review programs Assist PR team in any other duties to improve efficiency. Requirements: Meticulous and organized Excellent written and spoken Mandarin, fluency in written and spoken English Able to handle tight deadlines Passionate about technology Be familiar with China tech media
