REPORTING TO: Day Team Leader

Responsibilities:

EHS (Environmental, Health, & Safety) 环境、健康与安全职能

Cooperate with plant EHS team, work with plant management team to setup EHS management of plant and ensure all the activities team members involved follow local rule , SUEZ EHS standard and regulations to realize continuous improvement; ensure whole operation group follows plant EHS and department EHS KPI; give full support to plant EHS system.

配合工厂EHS部门和管理团队建立EHS管理体系并保证所有相关成员能够遵守苏伊士EHS的管理标准和规定并持续改善；确保运行团队执行工厂和部门EHS的KPI目标；全面支持工厂EHS管理体系。

Operational Performance and improvement 运行绩效和改善的职能

Responsible for the management of hazardous waste to meet the requirements of laws and regulations;

负责对危险废弃物进行管理以满足法律法规要求；

To identify and classify the waste material and identify its hazard, according to the results of laboratory analysis or on-site rapid test;

根据实验室分析或现场快速测试结果，对废料鉴别分类并识别其危险性；

Define the best pretreatment according to the waste classification and characters;

根据识别出的废料性质并结合焚烧处理工艺实际的运行状况，制定最佳的预处理方式；

Explore and implement new pretreatment methods;

探索并实施新的预处理方法；

Ensure the operators comply with SOP to receive and pretreat hazardous waste;

确保现场操作员在接收和预处理废料的操作过程符合SOP要求；

Cooperate with sales and marketing dept to provide technical support, such as waste sorting, packaging, labeling, etc; 

配合销售和市场部提供技术支持，例如废料分类，包装形式，标签等；

Record and follow the deviations, including components, characters, packages, etc. and prepare relative report accordingly. 记录并跟踪偏差，包括组分、特性、包装等，并准备相关报告。

Know-how and operational support 专业知识和运行支持的职能

Provide waste mix menu and support production team on resolving technical problems by statistic tools;

提供废料配伍清单，通过统计分析方法支持生产团队技术问题的解决；

Help front-line workers solve on-site problems;

帮助一线工人解决现场问题；

Responsible for the management of hazardous waste warehouse.

负责危险废弃物仓库的管理。

Others 其他职能

Involve in continually improvement projects to improve the efficiency and safety of reception and pretreatment;

参与持续改进项目以提高接收和预处理的效率以及安全性；

Perform other tasks assigned by the supervisor.

执行由部门主管指派的其他任务。

JOB REQUIREMENT 岗位要求

1.Bachelor or above, majority in chemistry or related.

大学本科及以上，化学或相关专业;

2.Excellent written and verbal communication skills, and analytical thinking.

优秀的书面和口头沟通技巧及分析思维；

3.Excellent execution ，initiative and teamwork spirit.

优秀的执行力，积极主动，具有团队合作精神。
