Job Responsibilities:
• Responsible for OP department for executing daily work, such as document control, procedures record, meeting minutes and site witness/confirmation.
• Collection, Organization, and Archiving of Training Documents for the OP Department
• Support on safety culture collection and sharing, Update of the Production Culture Wall
• Assist department in producing and printing various types of labels
• Support OP team member to improve the implementation of work efficiency.
• Leverage digital tools (Microsoft Power BI, automate etc.) to improve data analysis and simplify the processes
• Any other tasks assigned by supervisor
Job Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree
• Relevant majors in chemistry
• Open personality and willing to communicate are preferred.
• With good oral and written English skills are preferred.
