KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
· Lead after-treatment system performance development and validation per engineering requirement , including

· System or components or SW & Calibration change related performance test, study, evaluation and validation with Engine Dynameters or on Vehicle
· 执行系统,部件,软硬件变化相关的发动机台架及整车转鼓试验研究,验证,评估
· System or components performance analysis and simulation with the tools/model of Excel, Matlab, Simulink and Six Sigma
· 利用Excel,Matlab,Simulink及6 Sigma工具进行系统或部件的性能分析和模拟。
· Be responsible to improve and maintain system performance development Process and DVPR, Test Procedure and Guide, Tools and Simulation Analysis method/Tools
· 负责提升完善系统性能开发相关的设计验证计划,试验过程指导,工具与仿真分析方法。
· Support different ATS solutions development and issue solving, and cross functions from System Performance perspective
· 支持不同后处理系统和交叉职能性能问题解决。
· Support and communicate with engine and vehicle customers from System Performance perspective.
· 支持发动机和整车客户的性能问题沟通咨询工作。
Work closely with cross-function and global performance team (US, UK or India) to support CES China projects development, including global experience gathering, discussion and collaboration.
与交叉职能及全球性能团队(US,UK or India)紧密工作,支持CES中国项目开发,包含全球经验的汇集分享,讨论,合作。
QUALIFICATION:
· Strong academic background in energy and power engineering, mechanical engineering, automotive engineering major related.
· 热能与动力工程,机械工程,车辆工程专业相关。
· Proficiency in data reduction and analysis tools such as Microsoft Excel and /or Matlab.
· 熟练使用Excel/Matlab数据处理分析工具。
· Works with reasonable degree of autonomy and responsibility
· 较强的主观能动性和责任心。
· Good presentation skills as well as written communication skills both in Chinese and English.
· 出色的书面汇报和中英文沟通技巧。
· Demonstration of Cummins core Values.
