1、负责电话转接,来访接待; 2、负责酒店及票务预订; 3、负责文件收发管理; 4、负责办公用品的管理; 5、协助审批文件的审核、传递; 6、协助及配合各部门的日常工作; 7、完成上级交办的其他工作; Responsibility: - Receive and transfer the calls to related parties professionally and maintain telephone directory - Receive company visitors with compliance of office regulation and greet internal employees - Order flight tickets/train tickets/hotel/restaurant - Handle in-coming and out-going mails/couriers - Maintain files and records, File office documents - Administer Office supplies such as stationery/refreshment - Responsible for office security monitoring and keep a good badge record - Check and classify documents, contracts and vouchers - Provide efficient and timely admin support to other departments; - Other duties as assigned. 要求: 1、本科或硕士在读; 2、良好的沟通和协调能力; 3、认真细心、具备一定的抗压能力; 4、良好的中英文表达及办公软件操作; 5、一周至少4天,优先考虑6个月以上的申请者。 Requirement: - Bachelor and above, good command of written and spoken English and mandarin, and having passed the Level 4 University English Test; - Be passionate to do Administrative works; - Good at EXCEL, Microsoft Office and Microsoft Outlook skills; - Good attention to detail; - Fluent in spoken and written English; - Could provide 4 working days and above per week at least, 6 months internship is preferred.
