Key accountabilities:
1. Market & Consumer insight
- Monitor market trends and track competitor launches to identify new opportunities.
- Conduct analysis of market data, consumer quantitative/ qualitative tests to support strategic decision-making.
2. Product Development:
- Support the team in developing incubation ideas of new products, input in brainstorming sessions, and assist in crafting compelling product stories.
- Manage product samples, develop packaging mock-ups and artwork with support of cross-departments and vendors.
3. Project Management:
- Assist in tracking product development timeline, support daily operational efficiency (system process management, logistics support).
Job requirements:
-At least 4 days per week.
-Fluency in English and also in Chinese is a must.
