Description:

•The controls engineer will work within the China controls team to develop advanced diesel engine controls system. •作为康明斯中国控制团队一员，开发先进的柴油机电控系统，包括应用层软件，系统集成，硬件匹配和标定集成与发放。 •Work closely with other technical functions both inside China and globally, as part of the global team to develop advanced electronic engine products to meet latest emission requirements. •作为全球团队的成员之一，与国内及全球其他技术职能部门紧密协作，致力于使发动机产品达到严苛的排放要求和客户性能要求。 •Calibrate engine control system to meet design requirements. •精确标定发动机控制系统以满足设计要求。 •Develop and execute verification and validation plans to ensure the products meet Cummins design targets. •开发及执行核准验证计划以确保产品满足康明斯设计目标。 •Solve problems during development and application of the electronic engines. •支持内部及外部客户的培训和排查、解决问题。 •Support internal and external customers on training, trouble shooting and problem solving. •支持公司新能源产品,包括纯电动，混合动力产品的开发。 •Lead cross-functional reviews. •支持公司车辆网和大数据部门的产品开发。

Qualification & Experience:

•MS in Internal Combustion engines, or automotive engineering or electronics engineering, or related technical fields. •本科生或研究生，发动机，汽车，机电一体化，控制等相关专业 •Understanding of embedded controls software. •熟练掌握和运用控制系统相关软件 •Understanding of controls theory, such as PID controller. •有志于长期从事技术类工作，特别是工程开发工作 •Understanding of engine performance, emission and after treatment system. •最好有柴油机或者汽油发动机控制系统相关的课题经验或工作经验，或者其它类似的汽车电子控制系统经验 •Excellent written and spoken English skills. •英语水平良好
