Intern of Sea Export /Air Export  国际货运代理实习生  

Functional Responsibility

1.Receive booking instruction from CS/OP, and file in the correct information to AS 400 to create the job & HBL

   根据客服和操作的要求, 根据托书以及货物新在AS400 系统 输入正确信息建JOB, 生成提单

2.Check the bill of lading with customer in time及时与客户核对提单信息

3.The entry of accounts receivable and payable and check, production costs to confirm the financial billing; The sorting of     documents and document filing.

   应收和应付费用的录入和核对，制作费用确认单交财务开票；单证及文档的整理归档

4.Complete other matters arranged by supervisor.完成上级所安排的其他事宜。

Personal Capabilities & Education

1.本岗位为实习岗位；针对于2023年毕业的在校生

2. 善于沟通，性格开朗，能承受一定的工作压力；有良好的团队协作精神

3.熟悉office办公软件；有良好的英语听说读写能力.愿意学习新鲜事。

5.  物流专业/外贸专业/英语专业或相关专业的学生优先考虑。

   Logistics/foreign trade/English or related major preferred.
