Key Responsibilities
• Order & Data Support – Learn how to raise sales orders, track collections, and keep records up to date.
• Sales Data Assistance – Help gather and organize sales data to support reporting and decision-making.
• Team Coordination – Gain experience working with Marketing, Training, and external partners to keep projects moving smoothly.
• Reporting Support – Assist in preparing simple performance reports and spotting key trends.
• Project Exposure – Get hands-on experience in exciting initiatives like new store openings or regional marketing activations.
Skills & Competencies
• Attention to detail and eagerness to learn.
• Comfortable with Excel and PowerPoint (basic knowledge is enough — advanced Excel skills are highly advantageous and will allow you to support deeper analysis projects).
• You will learn how to use Microsoft Dynamics NAV, prior experience is a plus but not essential
• Organized, proactive, and willing to support different tasks as needed.
• Good communication skills and interest in working with people from different cultures.
• Passion for retail, luxury, or beauty industries is a plus.
Languages & Availability
• English – essential, French – advantageous
• Internship duration: 3–6 months, with start date as soon as possible.
