Your primary focuses are:

·         Optimize employer brands for IPG PR brands and expand talent souring channels

·         Assist along the talent selection lifecycle, primarily for junior level vacancies

·         Help maintain and enhance existing talent database & internal reports

·         Other administrative tasks when assigned

Requirements:

·         Able to intern 3 days a week for at least 3 months

·         Internship exp. in Talent Acquisition/Recruitment function in a multinational company

·         Excellent control of both oral and written English

You will be exposed to 360 degree talent acquisition in a multinational company. Besides your daily responsibilities, you will get involved in projects relate to employer brand, strategic sourcing, interview process optimization, and data analysis.
