工作内容
1.Conduct literature and patent reviews on freshness/hygiene technologies, analyzing key trends and regulatory feasibility.

2.Design and execute internal experiments (microbiological/physicochemical) to evaluate feature performance.
设计并执行内部实验(微生物 / 理化分析),评估功能性能。
3.Build and maintain a structured database of experiment results for early-phase performance evaluation.
构建并维护实验结果数据库,支持早期性能评估。
4.Perform data analysis to compare new solutions with existing features, delivering data-driven insights.
进行数据分析,对比新方案与现有功能,输出数据洞察。
5.Draft technical concepts and proof-of-concept demos for improved freshness/hygiene features.
撰写保鲜 / 卫生功能技术概念草案,开发原理验证演示方案。
岗位要求
1.Education: Master’s degree or above in Food Science, Biochemistry, or Microbiology.
食品科学、生物化学或微生物学相关专业硕士及以上。
2.Experience: Knowledge of food hygiene and independent design experience in microbiological/physicochemical experiments.
具备食品卫生相关知识,能独立设计微生物 / 理化实验。
3.Proficiency in literature review, patent analysis, and data-driven optimization.
熟练掌握文献调研、专利分析及数据优化。
4.Hands-on experience with lab equipment for microbial and chemical analysis.
具备微生物及化学分析实验设备操作经验。
5.Innovative thinking and willingness to collaborate across disciplines (e.g., engineering, marketing).
