Job Summary

The Red Hat People (HR) team is looking for a People Infrastructure Operations Intern to join us in Beijing, China. In this role, you will support a host of HR operations activities. We'll need you to be able to work at a fast pace and handle multiple tasks. This is a great opportunity to learn about the talent acquisition process at a leading global technology company.

Primary Job Responsibilities

• Be the main point of contact to arrange for signatures on employment-related and other documents

• Assist other team members with documentation and filing requirements

• Print, stamp, and scan visa and invitation letters

• Arrange for shipment of signed letters to associates

Required Skills

• Current university student with an interest in human resources initiatives and processes

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and follow directions

• Available to work 4+ days per week

• Good written and verbal English skills
