Responsibilities:
• Support HRIS Admin setup & modify employee's profile in HR systems;
• Collect & verify the employees' info in Roster;
• Support employee benefits enrollment;
• Prepare & distribute job related certifications, coupons & social security card
• Collect & verify intern's attendance records;
• Translate documents as required;
• Support Employee Activity;
• Other tasks assigned by the HR supervisor.
Qualifications:
• Major in Human Resources or related field;
• Fluent English in both verbal and written;
• Excellent skills in MS office
• Outgoing person with strong customer service spirit;
• Good at teamwork cooperation;
• Can work least 3 days a week
