Basic Requirement •Must stay student identity during whole internship •Must fulfill 6 months internship, 5 days per week •Starting date ASAP

Brief Description of Assignment •Assisting Selection Team of new DLR/WS setup projects, including but not limited to: •Dealer/Workshop/Candidate Profile update •MoU, Dealer/Workshop Agreement and other legal documents preparation and sign-off •Basic research on CBU/JV competition status in China, including status update and translation •On-going projects tracking file update, and etc. •Assisting Network Mgmt. Team of management issues, including but not limited to: •Legal documents update with DLR/WS and mail status tracking •DLR/WS data update •Dealer Conference preparation, e.g. communicating with DLR/WS for attendees and their accommodation, logistics of give-aways, and etc. •Assisting BM Team of DLR/WS variable margin process, including but not limited to: •Target Agreement sign-off and mail status tracking •Price Adjustment Agreement preparation and sign-off •Invoice issuance and payment status tracking •Quarterly data input/maintenance of dealer financial reports, and etc. •Assisting the department of daily work, including but not limited to: •Documentation of meeting minutes •Maintenance of department documents •Maintenance of department assets, such as Standard & Process binders, MB collections,  and etc. •Internal Admin affairs, and others deemed necessary

Qualification Requirement •Properly registered as university students •Able to work full time for 6 months with good balance of your academic study •have working experience through former internship, part-time job (preferred) •Be fluent in Business English •Strong communication skills and team spirit •Advanced IT or computer skills (good at Excel) •Value opportunities and respect culture difference
