Job Description: Providing general desk support to DCM team, including but not limited to preparing pitchbooks, market updates, weekly reports, and data analysis You will be exposed to the complete deal process including origination, structuring, and execution, which will build your foundation of financial analysis and solid understanding of financial markets. Moreover, you will have the chance to attend regular intern training sessions with topics such as our various product offerings, market insights, and market regulations. Job Requirements: - Outstanding academic performance in a finance related major - Solid quantitative skills, proficiency in using Wind / BBG will be a plus - Previous internship experience in Securities House / Investment Banks is preferred - Detail-oriented and maintain high-quality output in a multi-tasking environment - Familiar with basic bond knowledge, and passionate about market - Onsite, 5 days per week for 6 months is mandatory - Onboarding date: Mid July 2025 - Expected graduation date: June 2026 or afterwards - Fluent in Chinese and English
