Responsibilities:

1. Deeply involved in raising an RMB Fund of more than 5billion, cooperate with top institutional investors in China.

2. Deeply involved in late stage private equity investment/cross-border buy-out project, support to organize the consortium.

3. Support daily work of IR Dept.

Requirements:

1. Undergraduate or graduate students with superior academic background.

2. Curiosity about private equity fund raising and investment market, self-driven.

3. Strong capacity of information gathering, logical thinking and ppt writing.

4. Good at communication, quick learning skills and open attitude.

5. Good at writing in both English and Chinese.  

6. Able to work 4 days/week for 6 months.
