Essential Responsibilities :
- Develop a strong working relationship with the GE Talent Acquisition and HR community through timely and accurate administration of recruitment processes, ensuring effective communication. - Posting roles to various internal and external channels, interview scheduling and travel reimbursement management. - Maintaining recruitment applicant tracking system, ensuring highest standards of accuracy and compliance. - Organizing or participating in team activities & projects as needed
- Meeting the core KPI’s of quality & accuracy measures, timeliness of work, positive feedback from internal stakeholders and candidates.
Qualifications/Requirements :
- Undergraduate or under postgraduate interested in HR - Workable English, Fluent Japanese - Ability to priorities multiple tasks & work to deadlines - Excellent attention to details - Excellent written and verbal communications - Ability to resolve challenges - Able to be on duty for at least 3 days a week, 6 months
