Job Responsibilities
• Conduct industry and company research and analysis
• Assist in preparation of meeting materials and M&A transaction documentations including pitchbooks, teasers, information memorandums, management presentations, etc.
• Support in valuation analysis and financial analysis
• Other Ad-hoc assignments
Required Skills:
1. Strong analytical skills with fundamental understanding of financial knowledge
2. Ability to work under pressure and to meet tight deadlines
3. Comfortable with cross-cultural work environment
4. Good communication and interpersonal skills
5. Strong attention to detail skill is a must
6. Proficient in Microsoft Office skills, especially Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
7. Excellent verbal and written skills in both English and Mandarin
8. Previous experiences in investment banking, consulting, or private equity is preferred
