Planning Team Intern 

Job Description:

-          Monthly Reporting for Supply chain KPIs result and Analysis

-          Supply Flow execution: Manage the PO and In-bound creation for both import and local brands, regular update PO tracking and keep invoice record.

-          Support on Supply planning:

1)       Regular Update Daily Stock report & Supply Kanban

2)       Co-packing and BOM Activity communication and review

3)       Stock ownership transfer follow-up

4)       Support Supply planner to review the Replenishment order for B2B and B2C

-       Support Planning team to update the Stock Equation for supply review

-       Monthly Clearance Report with Shelf-life Review

Requirement:

1) At least 4 days working day/week, 5 days is preferable.

2) 5 months or longer internship.

3) Familiar with excel operations and good with numbers.

4) Strong communication skill and analysis ability.
