Department associates travel related booking: flight, vehicle;
Reimbursement check and approval ;
Preparation for new comers: computer, stationery, 5S relevant ;
On board training for new employees;
Stationery/IT equipment distribution for department ;
Workshop & meeting & training & other department activities preparation support ;
Department or annual party gifts distribution ;
Dept. VIP meal card record
9F Office 5S coordinator;
Maintain Printer
Meeting room booking;
Coffee break booking;
Other tasks of admin;
Required knowledge competencies and attributes*:
1. 专业不限
2. 熟练使用MS 办公软件
3. 正常英语水平
4. 每周出勤4天及以上(可拼凑),连续六个月为佳
5. 性格耐心
