Responsibility：

1. Mainly responsible for supporting TikTok EU regional marketing team on various regional marketing project management, sourcing and follow-up on local agency prospects, copywriting, translation. 

2. Brainstorm and initiate new projects to help increase the usage of TikTok in EU markets. 

3. Conduct research on local online and offline channels and target audience in various EU markets to bring local insights to help initiate projects.  

4. Coordinate with XFN teams such as Product and Operations team to meet the deadline of project launch and deliver results. 

5. Independently collect and analyze data for project post-mortem. 

 6. Other ad-hoc assignments.

Requirements：

1. Must be fluent in Italian. 

2. Passionate about using local social media in both EU markets and China, Understand trendy culture in EU market, familiar with Douyin and TikTok is a big plus 

3. Be able to come to work in office at last 4 days per week for 3+ months consecutively. 

4. Good at excel and persuasive communication skill. Be able to elaborate ideas clearly. 

5. Flexible, data-driven, fast learner and self-driven. Comfortable working at competitive and fast-paced environment.
