岗位职责：

Ø  Implement preventive maintenance in plant and Update PM plan on time. and monitor PM implementation. Be responsible for troubleshooting of daily maintenance

负责设备预防性维护，制定并执行预防性维护计划。设备故障分析及维修

Ø  Lead maintenance team to achieve annual target. (Reduce down time, ate.) .

带领维修团队完成公司目标（减少停机时间等）

Ø  Be responsible for Capex plan, implement, and management. spare parts management.

负责固定资产预算编制，执行以及管理。备件及设备工装的管理。

Ø  Coach and train subordinates and maintenance person to improve them maintenance skill.

      负责培训和指导下属，提高其工作技能

Ø  Support lean activity, set up lean (Standardized work) and quick response maintenance system.

支持精益生产有关工作，建立精益维修体系（标准化）和快速反应维修能力

Ø  Support ME to fix process and tools and equipments issues. New machine debug and qualification work for new project.

支持ME解决工艺、设备和工具问题，以及新设备的调试，验收工作

任职要求：

Ø  University education background on electrical, mechanical or automation major.

大学本科学历，电气/机械/电力自动化专业.

Ø  3 or above years related working experience be skill full on problem solving.(接受应届生)

       3 年以上相关工作经验，有较强的解决实际问题的能力

Ø  Be skillful on PLC and industry PC control; be able to set up communication on software and hardware. Experience on VC, VB or LABVIEW is preferred.

     熟悉PLC和工控机，了解软硬件设置。掌握VC,VB or LABVIEW 者优先。

Ø  Be knowledgeable on manufacturing engineering.

      有制造工程经验

Ø  Be familiar with assembly and test equipment. Be knowledgeable on machine building process.

       熟悉装配和测试设备。了解设备制造流程。

Ø  Good sense to learn quickly. Strong hands-on skill; good communication good at office software. 有较强的学习能力.较强的动手能力，很好的沟通能力。掌握常用办公软件。

Ø  Good English in speaking and writing is preferred.

具备良好的英语阅、写能力者优先。
