Job Content:

·           ISO coordinator 14001_ Environment 18001_OHSAS

·           Purchasing Coordinator  Release related Ordering and adjustment for production plan  Purchase NAP part for Reman and Workshop

·           Logistics coordinator Release the custom business with Volvo logistic, and prepare some material for customs clearance, such as parts import and export Spare parts stock control for RLSC system Reman production and workshop repair parts deliver plan and so on

·           Finance coordinator Release Financial issues such as Invoice, PO, IPS bisuinee Such as issue the invoice to customer, apply for payment to ACC

Main Requirements:

·           Bachelor Grade Three or Master Grade One/ Two, who will graduate in 2020大三，研一，研二年级或者保研的同学

·           Major in mechanical, finance, economics, management or engineering is preferred机械工程/经济/管理/工程相关专业优先

·           Skilled of Microsoft applications (i.e.: Excel, Word, PowerPoint) 熟悉办公软件

·           Chinese (Mandarin), mother tongue. Fluent in English, both written and spoken英语口语/书写流利，可在英语工作环境工作

·           Good communication skills, quick learner, diligent and responsible善于沟通，勤奋，努力工作

3 days per week at least, six month internship at least.至少保证每周工作3天，实习期6个月
