Proficient in both written & oral English and confident in bilingual translation. 2. An open-minded fast learner and can work under limited time or pressure. 3. With related experience on Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, Microsoft Office, Premiere Pro, Wordpress, etc. 4. Capability of photographing, video-shooting, video-editing would be a big advantage. 5. Based in Shenzhen and interested in leadership & research related projects This role would be 6-month internship and needs at least 3 days per week to work on-site in IMD Shenzhen office. Your main responsibility would be: · China Initiative Newsletter Project: o Compile and analyze weekly topical news relevant to our industry. o Convert insights and analyses into comprehensive newsletter articles. o Design visually appealing and informative graphics to accompany articles. o Collaborate on topic selection, ensuring alignment with project timelines. o Oversee the newsletter layout and manage the publication process. o Utilize software such as Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, and Microsoft Office. · Translation and Content Creation: o Provide accurate Chinese-English bilingual translations for various documents, including social media posts, academic research articles, press releases, and business statements. · Event Logistics and Support: o Help coordinate logistics for IMD-hosted workshops and key events. o Engage with service providers for printing, interior design, venue booking, translation, and transportation etc.
