Your Key Responsibilities:
Recruitment
New Comer On-Board and Integration
I am responsible for New Comer welcome through optimize & follow new comer on board process;
I am responsible for New Comer Training, I help him/she has good involvement into the company/team/atmosphere, etc.
Active Learning & Development
I boost company Active Learning Atmosphere & Platform among Shenzhen HUB and monitor data on time;
I co work with internal training platform (Exchange/Academy) and other sites to organize and provide training offers with good quality to help our colleague development;
I evaluate and optimize the training courses and platform with the support from function managers.
Your Challenges:
With positive attitude and good adaptability to all kinds of changes.
Being passionate to human and sensitive to talent acquisition and development.
Being proactive and motivated communicator, influencing people with data and facts.
Good team spirit, collaborative and open-minded;
Your Profiles:
1. Bachelor degree is a must, with good English ability (oral and verbal);
2. Good ability of logic and data analysis;
3. Good team spirit, willing to collaborate and sharing;
4. Active Communicator with good communication skills;
5. Good organization ability;
6. Sportive and lively;
7. Practical and hands-on, do what I say;
