岗位职责: 1. 负责并独立完成汽车后市场相关的咨询和调研项目(包括调研方案设计、信息与数据采集与分析、报告撰写等) 2. 寻找和筛选供应商,协调监督终端市场调研的执行与效果 3. 深入理解客户需求,并有效的与客户就项目施行内容直接进行沟通 4. 日常行业政策梳理,市场数据收集与分析 5. 挖掘市场热点,定期撰写行业评论文章 6. 参与微博、微信等社交媒体平台的维护并提供内容 7. 协助后市场与再制造自有媒体的内容编辑、信息收集和数据采集 岗位要求: 1. 1年及以上汽车及零配件行业调研分析经验(可含实习) 2. 拥有一定的行业及市场调研关系网络和供应商资源 3. 熟悉常规的定性与定量的调研方法与模型 4. 的客户沟通与采访能力,善于获取相关重要信息 5. 有汽车后市场相关工作背景优先 6. 熟练运用微软办公软件应用 (尤其是PPT,Excel) 7. 精通中英文双语报告攥写及图表制作 8. 严格的时间管理能力 9. 的团队合作能力 Responsibilities: 1. Independently conducting consulting and research projects for the automotive aftermarket (designing research plans, data collection & analysis, and writing reports); 2. Screening vendors, coordinating with and supervising vendors to conduct market research projects; 3. Understanding client demands, effectively communicating with clients about project contents & organization; 4. Reviewing the latest industry policies, collecting and analyzing market data; 5. Spotting trends in the industry, and writing on insights in editorial articles; 6. Providing content and articles to support marketing on social media platforms (Weibo, Wechat, Linked, twitter etc.); 7. Working with the internal media editor on editing content, and collecting new market info. & data. Requirements: 1. 1+ years of research and analysis experience related to the auto and/or auto parts industries; 2. Substantive relationships with research networks and vendors 3. Familiarity with qualitative and quantitative research methodology; 4. Excellent communication and interview skills with clients, ability to efficiently transmit info & data; 5. Previous working experience in the automotive aftermarket industry preferred; 6. Excellent Microsoft Office software skills (especially Excel and PPT); 7. Ability to compile reports in Chinese & English and create graphs; 8. Excellent time management skills and the ability to work in a team environment are essential.
