岗位职责:
1. Local designed documents transmit to ENOVIA for official approval. 传递部门文档到图纸系统用以审批。
2. Output documents archiving, 输出文件的存档。
3. Maintain and upgrade document content when assigned. 维护和升级图纸。
4. Other tasks assigned by the supervisor. 完成主管布置的其他任务。
任职资格要求:
• Bachelor’s degree. 学士学位。
• Working experience in document management is preferred. 文档管理相关经验优先
• Familiar with project document control process. 熟悉项目文档控制流程
• Strong logic, good writing skills, good communication and coordination. 逻辑能力强,良好的文字表达能力,良好的沟通和协调能力
• Strong time management and “get things done” mentality. 较强的时间管理能力和“完成任务”的心态
• Good written and verbal communication skills in both Chinese and English. 良好的中英文书面和口头表达能力。
• Proficient in office software (e.g., Word, Excel). 熟练使用办公软件(如Word、Excel)。
• Careful and rigorous, teamwork spirit. 细心严谨,有团队合作精神
