Essential Responsibilities -Help OTR specialist to post contract & draft some necessary documents (e.g. proforma invoice); -Work closely with sales team and OTR to fulfill customer needs ; -Responsible to review & sign commercial contracts with end user, I/Es & dealers; -Owner for some data analysis including W2W report, forecast report… -Other tasks assigned by the direct Manager… Qualifications/Requirements -Bachelor’s Degree or above in international trade or foreign trade English; -Adaptive in different culture and environment; Willing to take challenges and drive changes; -Good command of Ms Office & ERP system ( Oracle is a plus ); Be analytical and sensitive to numbers; -Good interpersonal and communication skills, strong sense of urgency and self-motivation; -Proven ability to deliver agreed result with strong execution power; -Be external-focused, clear thinking and collaborative.
