ABOUT THE JOB:
1. Support
In the implementation and administration of the Village Retail Strategy
2. Provide
Support to the Retail team to reach Business Village goals (correspondence, tools, charts, meetings scheduling, database coordination etc.)
3. Communicate
And follow up on all administrative related issues to the different departments
4. Co-ordinate
The correct communication to the relevant parties at the right time whilst ensuring a proper follow up is achieved across all distribution channels
5. Support
New store openings
6. Support
The Visual Merchandiser and Retail Managers by ensuring effective and well-coordinated implementation of all seasonal campaigns that Retail and Marketing develop for the stores.
ABOUT YOU:
Excellent verbal and written skills specifically in regard to building relationships with suppliers and external contacts.
Numerate with strong computer literacy
Excellent eye for detail and organizational skills.
Proven ability to work to tight deadlines
4-5 Days per week
