POSITION OVERVIEW:

Reporting hierarchically to Validation Manager.

As Routine Test Engineer, you will collaborate with SATEE Engineering Department (mostly Validation team and Project Engineering Manager), Industrial Team and Quality Team. Responsible for leading the routine test activities (technical aspect) at product and project levels in according to QCD requirements, main support of Manufacturing and Industrialization team for problem solving and troubleshooting (product and testing facilities) and supporting overall testing activities when necessary (type test, investigation, expertize).

RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE SOME OF THE FOLLOWING:

1.Responsible of the routine test procedure and reports for new projects, products, activities …

2.Accountable for technical support to testing activities during production phase (both for product and test facilities)

3.Responsible for industrial test bench upgrade and technical documentation (user manual, test procedure, maintenance manual, tool definition, specifications …)

4.Support Type Test activities when required

5.Technical support to other department during FAI (First article inspection)

6.Responsible for project non conformity (NCR) investigation in support to other department (to identify potential root cause and failure mode of failed equipment)

7.Support technical training of industrial testing team

SKILLS & EDUCATION

1.Bachelor degree or above in Electrical engineering

2.Minimum 2 years work experience in testing and commissioning

3.Railway experience is preferred

4.Knowledge of electrical component technology and operation principle

5.Eager to learn and self-motivated

6.Good communication and coordination

7.Fluent Spoken and Written English
