Principal Responsibilities: (Essential Functions)
- Job posting and communication with domestic top universities. - CV Screening and assist to arrange the onsite interview in various offices. - Maintain the update information via recruitment channels. - Talent pool data input and maintenance; - Recruitment data analysis; - Provide related analysis report as needed; -Implement special projects and duties relating to Group HR as directed by Senior Associate.
Job Requirements
Skills • Excellent oral and written communication ability in English & Chinese. • Ability to use MS office, Windows and especially Excel software
Educational Background
• Degree from a university or vocational college with junior (the 3rd year of university) or senior year (the 4th year of university) • Specialization in HR / economic / English / Finance background
Others:
• Can work 3-4 days per week.
