Job description:
Greet and assist all visitors and guests in a professional and courteous manner;
Carry out the daily administration of the reception area including but not limited to: Delivering expressage, taking messages, transferring calls as appropriate, data collection for name card printing.
Support new staff entry procedure(such as: access card\stationery\name card);
Monthly attendance data handling;
Office notice drafting and arrangement;
Other tasks as required under the normal management or as directed by Administration Manager.
Qualification:
Pleasant disposition with neat and professional appearance
Excellent communication and coordination skills, Ability of problem solving and multitasking.
Proficient in Microsoft, especially in Excel and PPT;
College Degree or above;
Fluent in both oral and written English;
Full time available is ideal, at least 3-4 days per week for 6 months continuously.
