About the job: The role of a Researcher Internship is to provide support to the consultants by sourcing candidates to identify candidate’s status for new positions you will also conduct phone screening and sometimes face to face interviews. A Researcher Internship is a career path to be a full time Researcher/Associate Consultant in Hudson Recruitment. 工作内容：  实习生的作用是为顾问提供支持，通过寻找候选人来确定候选人在新职位上的地位。你还将进行电话筛选，有时还会进行面对面面试。 Responsibilities:  •Sourcing candidates in a Specialization (Sales & Marketing, Supply Chain & Engineering, Accounting & Finance and ICT) •Phone screening and qualifying candidates •Acquiring active candidates resume in the area according to the target assigned by Manager •Documentation assistance to Senior Consultant / Managing Consultant / Manager •Sitting in Consultant/Senior Consultant’s interview and help on taking notes  •Assisting on interview arrangement internally and externally 责任： •寻找专业领域的候选人（销售与营销、供应链与工程、会计与财务以及信息与通信技术） •电话筛选和合格候选人 •根据经理指定的目标，获取该区域的在职候选人简历 •为高级顾问/管理顾问/经理提供文件协助 •参加顾问/高级顾问的面试，并帮助做笔记 •协助安排内部和外部面试 Key qualification: •Good University, can work 3 or 4 days per week  •Strong communication and organizational skills •Excellent English and Fluent Chinese communication skills are required 要求： •大学本科或以上学历，每周能工作4到5天 •较强的沟通和组织能力 •具备良好的英语和流利的中文沟通能力
