Job Description
Ensure office environment and procedures meet health and safety regulation standards, and to provide a professional and harmony working environment
Reception: greet all visitors and ensure they have a great first impression of the business, answer and forward incoming phone calls professionally
Managing vendors, including but not limited to: IT support, telephony, travel agency, printing, supplies and cleaning, responsible for contracts, negotiations and day to day supplier relations
Liaise with IT support to resolve problems
Order and maintain office supplies, mailing documents
Ensure payment of utility bills
Administration of office petty cash
Controlling and process staff expenses and travel claims
Manage partner's schedules, calendars and appointments
Assist Administrative Manager on office administration miscellaneous
