Program overview:

“Honeywell China Career development Program” is designed to develop the leadership skills, systematic technical knowledge and accelerate young talent career development across all Honeywell China business units. This comprehensive program is a 2-year program with 3 rotations in different engineering & technology groups, for example, Turbocharger Component Design, Core Subsystem Development, Turbocharger Base Product Development and Testing, Turbo & Engine Matching and Performance Simulation. The participants will be assigned diverse critical projects, equipped with comprehensive trainings, supported by experienced managers, mentors and Sr. leadership.

霍尼韦尔中国优才职业发展项目是一个为期两年、面向高校应届毕业生、为热爱追求科技发展并认同霍尼韦尔核心价值观的年轻人才度身定制的职业发展项目。项目培训生将在两年内完成在霍尼韦尔中国的工程和技术部门中的三个岗位的轮职，比如增压器零部件设计，增压器零部件设计，增压器基础平台开发和验证试验，增压器和发动机的匹配及性能仿真。项目培训生将接受专业的技术知识和技能培训，获得基础领导力的培养，并发现和确定在霍尼韦尔长期发展的职业道路。

项目培训生将被分配到霍尼韦尔的各个业务项目中去工作，帮助他们快速融入工作环境，并随着霍尼韦尔这样一家全球领先的多元化高科技公司的高速发展获得宝贵的行业经验。
