[Key Responsibilities]
Checking, monitoring and preparing the document, working files related to the department head
Supports and provides assistance to department head and all members in the team
Managing the Head's schedule, determining priorities in terms of objectives
Evaluating which random demands requires the involvement of Department Head and then to facilitate this
Initiating the distribution of information to relevant managers, facilitating the execution of tasks, thus improving overall operating efficiencies
Operate, maintain and control and effective 'follow-up' system, essential in terms of what is required in order to meet various deadlines
Fully responsibility for organizing team meetings, preparation and distribution of the agenda, writing and circulating minutes, follow-up and filing
Responsible for the enforcement of company policy in terms of procedures including travel, expense claims, personnel changes and appointments etc.
Responsibility for controlling signatures, taking policy into account, urgency and forwarding of documents
Handling external enquires related to various issues
Other tasks assigned by Department Head and Manager.
[Qualifications]
University degree
Excellent English skills in both oral and written
Good computer skills with MS Office tools
Well organized, detail and service oriented
Strong communication and interpersonal skill
Good team player
Assistant experience in a multi-national company
Experience in automotive industry is preferable.
