1. Job Responsibilities:

This position is responsible for Order to Cash end to end process for JD NP customer, including order management and logistics coordination, and it’s a contact window of Customer Service department.

- Order entry and goods shipment reports making.

- Logistics issues handling, including JD goods receiving delay, not reaching MOQ and delivery reservation with JD warehouse.

- Daily order fulfillment analysis

- Customer daily inquiries, including stock checking, shipment status checking.
