We want you to join and be part of the OSRAM Asia SAP Support Center in Foshan, China, to support the OSRAM fast growing global business as one of the world' s leading lighting manufacturers.

OSRAM Asia SAP Support Center is the SAP center of excellence in Asia and one of the five IT core competence centers of OSRAM IT worldwide.  Here in Foshan we have 60+ SAP experts working in the different SAP solutions and modules (e.g. FICO, MM, PP, PM, PS, QM, SD, APO, Ariba, BW, CRM, HCM, MDG, PLM, PI, PPM and SSF) including business analyst and other IT engineers. Our main task is to deliver IT solutions and services to 15+ countries in APAC and MEA regions, as well as to work in global IT projects with teams from Europe or America, where you will engage with people from different functions like R&D, production and also business departments in the corporate functions.

Job Responsibility：

1. short term:

- IT service reporting (KPIs reporting)

- IT service delivery start with entry-level application support

2. Long-term

- IT Service Management (design, transit and operate), service team management, vendor management

- IT Business Analyst

Job Requirement

1. Bachelor degree or above. Major in Information technology, accounting, supply chain or business management. 

2. Good at English.

3. Customer-orientation mentality and customer service experiences will be a plus.

4. Can work 3 days above per week.
