Purpose岗位职责：

Responsible for Cleanroom operation & maintenance, Facilities systems& equipments and Utilities systems & supplies’ (including chilled water system, HVAC, PCW, CDA, UPW, waste water disposal etc. ) daily maintaining ,and office & warehouse daily maintaining.  Establishes and maintains standard operation procedures including QS documents, Facility field service/maintenance reports, perform calibration and its records. Upgrading Engineering,  and evaluates new and existing facility operations to stay current on latest facilities technology and protocols.  Also responsible for overseeing upgrades, documenting processes, and project managing of facility system modifications. Responsible for maintaining NFPA, OSHA, safety and maintenance procedures and records. May require a license or certification to work in some skill areas.负责净化室的运行和维护，设施系统和设备以及公用设施系统及相应供给（包括冷冻水系统、HVAC、PCW、CDA、UPW、废水处理等）的日常维护，以及办公室和仓库的日常维护。建立和维护标准操作程序，包括质量系统文件，动力设施现场服务/维护报告，执行校准及其记录。升级工程，评估新的和现有的设施运营，以保持新的设施技术和协议。同时还负责监督升级，记录过程，以及设施系统改造的项目管理。负责维护NFPA，OSHA，安全和维护程序和记录。在专业岗位的工作需要相应职业证书。

This function will be required to perform within TPI’s designated standards for the Quality Management System, Environmental Management System, and Information Security Management System.  Corporate and/or Sites will define requirements per applicable standard.这项职能需要在TPI的质量管理体系、环境管理体系和信息安全管理体系的指定标准范围内执行。公司和/或现场将根据适用标准确定要求。

倒班安排（5种班次）：

1. 常日班 8:00 AM-5:00PM

2.早班： 7:00 AM-4:00 PM

3.中班:   10:00 AM-7:00 PM

4. 周末值班 7:00 AM-7:00 PM

5. 夜班     7:00 PM-7:00 AM (每个夜班有额外夜班津贴110元/晚)
