As a member of the Global Solutions Center (GSC), you will provide technical IT support to Synopsys employees around the world via phone, chats, tickets and walkups from the Shanghai office.

Description
As part of the Shanghai GSC support team, IT Support Coordinator will provide advice and friendly hands-on technical support to Synopsys employees. IT Support Intern is responsible for screening, referring and diagnosing internal inquiries and work requests as they relate to the maintenance of personal computers and related systems. Intern may assist in performing minor troubleshooting in the identification of applicable problems relating to PC's, application software and basic network communications. May assist in new computer configuration and tech refresh process. Intern earns the trust of customers and coworkers alike as they offer guidance, knowledge, and even tips and training. They will also provide assistance in updating Help Desk/Solutions Center procedures. Assist with equipment handover, recovery and management.
