Job Title: DQ200 Intern Division/Department: TN Location: Dalian

Your Responsibilities: 

 

1. Making manufacturing process of DQ200-Machining Dalian in consideration of given ergonomics, production technology and economics (e.g. process, cost targets, etc.). Collaborate with internal and external partners throughout the process planning.
2. Evaluating for new projects and technical change based on machine and plant technology, tool and test equipment. Making project schedule and cost estimate.
3. Preparation of requirement specification, drafting requirement specification, and developing machine schedule. Proposing on-site or off-site supplier nomination recommendation based on calculating of costs, and demonstrating for that, making comparison of planned production capacity and actual production capacity, investment costs and confirmation of production time.
4. Checking technical documents and designing specifications for optimal feasibility, suggesting constructive changes and calculating savings, introducing production requirements into the concepts of the TE and ensuring the implementation.
5. Documented working on products and processes (including equipment, tooling aids, operating positions and material flows). Developing optimization plans, reducing production tempo. Suggestion, introduction, implementation and monitoring of process optimization, and evaluation of final results.
6. Supporting in operator / customer (e.g., manufacturing), ensuring handover to operator
7. Participation in the CIP process of the area

1. Education: Bachelor Degree or above (or comparable degree in major) major in Machinenbau 2. English or German proficient  3. Integrity and value-driven working style, compliant to rules and regulation. 4. Remain accountable when mistake happens and be able to speak up if something goes wrong.
