JOB SUMMARY:
As a member of the Customer order Center in logistics team, this position shall assist the logistics Manager and the team in the daily work and customer order delivery.
RESPONSIBILITIES & DUTIES:
Main responsibilities:
-Order handling responsibility for Assigned internal and external customers and possible other future customers
-Delivery follow-up, fulfill customer's order ON TIME IN FULL
Customer service
1 Be the contact person for customers, responsible for daily order handling,
2 Coordinate with sales presentative, planning, buyer and warehouse for delivery and logistics arrangements,
3 Actively strive to improve our customer service level and our order handling workflow,
4 Keep record in ERP system and offer right documentation according the requirement of departments,
5 Together with the other team members administrate and develop operations activity,
6 other task assigned by line manager.

Report to logistics manager
Organizationally be a part of operation department logistics Team Customer order center
EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE:
1 Bachelor/college degree on going or above, Major in Trade,Logistics,English
2 English: Fluent both in written and oral for clear and effective communication
3 Strong willing to learn new things and strive for continue improvement
OTHER SKILLS & ABILITIES:
1 Accurate, organized, detailed, and passionately to drive for result
2 Career focus on: Sales and Customer Service oriented
3 Excellent communication skills internally and externally, and team work attitude
4 Computer skills: Microsoft Office, excel, if familiar with ERP would be a plus
