职位描述 – 可持续发展/ESG项目实习生 我们正在寻找一名可持续发展/ESG项目实习生加入战略团队，以支持联想IDG的可持续发展和负责任创新工作。该职位是参与跨职能项目的绝佳机会，将技术、数据与可持续发展相结合，创造可衡量的实际影响。 工作地点：灵活，可远程办公或驻北京。 工作时长：每周4-5天，为期4个月。 岗位职责： • 为AI驱动的生命周期评估（LCA）项目提供数据收集、处理和跨团队协调支持 • 研究ESG趋势、法规及行业最佳实践 • 协助市场营销和销售团队准备ESG与负责任创新相关材料 • 协助制定ESG新计划（如循环经济、低碳产品）的商业案例 • 为内外部利益相关者准备演示文稿、报告和沟通材料 岗位要求： • 目前正在攻读可持续发展、环境科学、工程、商业、经济学或相关领域的本科/硕士学位 • 对ESG、气候变化、循环经济及负责任技术充满热情 • 拥有在可持续发展相关岗位的实习或项目经验 • 具备出色的分析和研究能力，精通Excel和PowerPoint • 优秀的中英文书面及口头表达能力 • 积极主动、注重细节、善于协作，能够管理多项任务并协调跨团队工作 • 有温室气体核算，LCA或产品碳足迹（PCF）经验者优先 你将获得： • 在企业环境中参与高关注度ESG项目的实战经验 • 可持续发展和战略领域专家的指导 Job Description – Sustainability/ESG Project Intern Location: Flexible, remote or to be based in Beijing. Duration: 4-5 days a week, for 4 months. What You’ll Do: • Support data collection, processing and coordination across teams for AI-enabled Life Cycle Assessment (LCA) project • Conduct research on ESG trends, regulations, and industry best practices • Support marketing and sales teams on ESG and responsible innovation materials • Help develop business cases for new ESG initiatives (e.g., circular economy, low-carbon products) • Prepare slides, reports, and communications for internal and external stakeholders Who You Are: • Currently pursuing a bachelor’s or master’s degree in Sustainability, Environmental Sciences, Engineering, Business, Economics, or related field • Passionate about ESG, climate change, circularity and responsible tech • Previous internship or project experience in a sustainability-related role • Strong analytical and research skills, Excel and PowerPoint proficient • Excellent written and verbal communication in English and Chinese • Self-starter, detail-oriented, collaborative, able to manage multiple tasks and coordinate across teams • Experience with GHG accounting, LCA or product carbon footprint (PCF) is a plus What You’ll Gain: • Hands-on experience in high-visibility ESG projects in a corporate environment • Mentorship from sustainability and strategy experts
