Responsibilities :
- Understanding the working procedure of government relations;
- Translating GR materials;
- Document writing, such as meeting request, summary, etc.;
- Helping prepare GR meetings, and greeting guests professionally;
- Responsible for supporting works, such as reimbursement, hotel & flight booking, calendar updating, etc.
- Following up with governmental policy updates;
- Doing research on some specific GR topics;
Qualifications:
- Excellent English;
- Detail oriented and willing to take trivial tasks;
- 4~5 days per week for at least three months;
