PRINCIPLE DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Provides administrative support for Japan Customer Service Operation with the following key responsibilities:
• Service Order creation (Repair and Scheduled Services)
• Budgetary quotation creation for time and material orders (Repair)
• Part ordering (Repair and Scheduled Services)
• Assignment of engineers to scheduled services in the system
Use SAP and SAP CRM for most of the transactions. May closely work with Japan online technical support engineers, field system engineers and scheduling coordinators to achieve service level response time to customers.
