Job Description
1、前台坐在接待处,包括:访客管理(开门/关门,签到等)
接收包裹及快件
2、行政管理,支持办公室日常运营,包括:
- 员工入职(入职包的订购和准备,软件安装、停车申请等)
- 文件管理
- 重要客人来访接待事宜,如接机安排、预定酒店车票等
- 办公设施管理(订购办公用品,维护办公设备)
- 环境井然有序,配套装修,门禁控制
- 其他团队活动支持等
- 报销发票收集等
3、 其他必要时支持HR和财务部门工作
职位要求Job Requirements:
2027-2028届在校生
擅长使用各种办公软件
高效执行能力,细致耐心,有较强的责任心; 良好的英文读写能力。
到岗日期: 4月下旬
实习期限: prefer 长期实习3-6个月以上
工作地点:
嘉定安亭创新港office(6.30之前实习地点): 可接受只实习到6月底(需每周5天),不限2026/2027届
长宁区天山soho广场office (7.1实习地点):需保证每周3天以上,持续3-6个月
Job description:
Admin, supporting office daily operations, including:
- Employee on-board (onboard package order and preparation, software installation, car parking applicaiton etc.)
- Documentation management
- Reception of important guests, such as pick-up arrangements, booking of hotel tickets, etc.
- Office facility management (ordering office supplies, maintaining office environment in well-organized way, supporting decoration, door access control system maintenance, etc.)
- Others (team activities arrangement…)
Support HR and Finance function when needed
Be good at Microsoft tools
Efficient executive ability, Careful and patient
Have a strong sense of responsibility
Good English listening, speaking, reading and writing skills.
