PE research center, the research arm of PE marketing group Shanghai Office is looking for talents to fill out our Analytics Specialists vacancies. The Analytics group works with PE strategy teams to carry out complex data analysis and modeling, and it creates foundations for sound recommendations for client studies and internal projects.

Analytics - Junior Research Analyst, good at Python, MySQL, and R language to optimize social advertising

ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Conduct market research for different products, conduct in-depth commercial insights, and form reports 2. Crawl various information on social media and e-commerce platforms (from mainstream social media, such as Tiktok, Xiaohongshu, Weibo, bilibili, etc.) through crawler software/crawler programs to help business departments understand competing product information to gain insight into user behavior 3. Able to aggregate scattered insights into effective solutions for users, and provide data support for the project team 4. Predict user response through logic and attribution, evaluate the range of users that may be affected, analyze from multiple angles, and continuously optimize the plan.

Job requirements: 1. Proficient in crawling, familiar with anti-crawling technology and communication protocol, experience in social media crawling is preferred 2. Strong organizational skills, able to disassemble the needs of large projects into small needs 3. Strong exploratory, enthusiasm for trial and error for some innovative projects with unclear backgrounds and goals 4. Good business thinking and communication skills, able to quickly understand business 5. Provide professional technical support for network protocols

6. Bachelor degree or above from top universities in computer sciences, engineering, mathematics, econometrics or a related degree program and achieved outstanding academic results take a precedence. 7. People who have experiences have a priority
