As team member in ESD(Engineer Service Desk) team to provide R&D application level 2 support.
The scope of this work includes R&D application support, ticket handling, incident/problem handling, KPIs update and end user training.
• Language: Advanced English Language
• Experience of working with the international team
• Experience in database, OS and middleware
• Knowledge in Automotive IT Processes/ Automotive Experience are optional
