Key Responsibilities:
l Provide timely response to all customers queries, complaints and contacts;
l 及时响应客户需求、投诉及咨询;
l Actively approach customers and respond to pre-sales customer requirements for quotation, product information and specification, spare parts arrangements, certification status, etc.;
l 与客户紧密沟通,针对售前客户可能提出的报价、产品信息和特性,零配件安排及许可证等疑问予以回答;
l Make available to customers sales related information, i.e. technical standards, product configurations, etc.;
l 熟悉并对客户提出的与销售相关的信息给与解答,例如技术标准和产品特性等;
l Take necessary required actions to expedite successful conclusion of sales transactions;
l 对销售订单的转化采取必要行动;
l Provide after-sales support by following up on customer requirements;
l 应客户需要采取必要的售后支持;
l Manage shipment schedule, liaise between customers and TK Hengshan to ensure shipment and delivery are arranged to customer satisfaction;
l 管理运输安排,协调客户需求和生产发货以保证货物能准时送达;
l Coordinate with TK Hengshan to solve product quality problems;
l 与生产方协调产品质量问题;
l Take ownership in collecting payments from customers, making sure payments are received according to agreed payment terms;
l 追踪客户付款,保证所有回款的正常完成;
l Close coordination with Sales and Distributor Sales teams by sharing information;
l 与销售团队紧密合作,以保证客户满意度。

Candidate Experience and Qualification:
l Experience in working in foreign investment manufacturing sales support field, relevant industry is respected;
l Good command of English spoken & written; Good PC skills;
l Problem solving minded, dynamic, self-motivated and strong interpersonal skills.
