Responsibilities:
- Take the receptionist role.
- Assist in the maintenance of company facility and equipment.
- Schedule appointments, arrange meetings and make travel arrangements.
- Document preparation (Copy/Scan/Filing).
- Assist and support company events and activities.
- Support other Admin colleagues to fulfil the assigned tasks.
Requirements:
- Prefer Yr2021 colleague graduate, at least 3 working days per week.
- Familiar with MS office tools.
- Good communication skill.
- Good command of English.
